Tasting Note

There is a whiff of exoticism to the equally deftly wooded nose of acacia blossom, white peach and melon aromas. There is fine richness to the nicely voluminous flavors that coat the mouth with dry extract on the lightly stony finish that is dry, clean and focused.

Faiveley

Domaine Faiveley was founded by Joseph Faiveley in 1825 and is now run by the seventh-generation of his family. The brand owns well-exposed vineyards in Burgundy's most prestigious appellations. These terroirs are planted with two iconic varietals: Chardonnay for the white wines and Pinot Noir for the reds. It uses sustainable methods of viticulture at the Domaine and received the High Environmental Value Certification (H.V.E) level 3 certification in 2019.
