Tasting Note

The 2014 Sauvignon Blanc has a crisp, slightly earthy bouquet with gooseberry, green apple and a touch of grass clipping. The palate has a slice of bitter lemon on the entry. This is nicely weighted in the mouth, focused but just missing a little length towards the finish.
